This May from Thursday the 12th to Sunday the 15th, in the municipality of El Puerto de la Cruz, the festival Mueca will be celebrated, the most famous street art event in the Canary Islands, with over 10 years of history.

Mueca is a festival with music, dance, movie, magic and above all, theater. An event whereartists from around the world will give life into the heart of El Puerto de la Cruz.

 The festival Mueca will be an explosion of life in the city, where the people make the streets of the city as their own turning them into a cultural scene.

Due to the success of the last edition, this year there will be offered more space with the addition of the street “ Calle Del Ingenio”, where magical exhibitions and puppet shows will be held, that attracts young and elderly people, providing more capacity and more hours of shows.

The festival Mueca will start on Thursday the 12th of May with artists spread across various parts of the city. The program of the event will be extended, filling the streets of El Puerto de la Cruz with shows and artists as well as tourists.

The event besides being innovative, is one of the most anticipated in the Canary Islands, you can enjoy both with friends and family.
