We have the great pleasure to present you our new restaurant “Jardín del Eden”, which opens its doors this evening at 18.30 in our Hotel Parque Vacacional Eden. The name “Jardín del Eden” comes from its special furnishing, which is reminiscent of a beautiful garden, withextraordinary decoration, as a real tree is situated in the middle of the room with its branches running along the ceiling. It’s a à la carte restaurant in which our guests can enjoy typical canarian food with dishes as Roast rabbit with Salmorejo sauce and Papas Arrugadas, as well as delicious fish dishes like Monkfish and Prawn skewer dipped in cava cream.

Moreover you will be served with an individual and personalized treatment, by a great team of waiters, conducted by our head waiter Julio, who is specialised in the management of à la carte restaurants. Also our chef Tamara is very well experienced in the field of such restaurants like “La Brujita” and will spoil you with creative and tasty dishes, as above mentioned. The best news is that “Jardín del Eden” is not only opened for our hotel guests but also for clients from outside, so we want to invite everybody who likes to pay us a visit.
